| Testimonial Hi guys, I just wanted to thank you both for the Spanish Horse Course I attended on Saturday, you made us so welcome and I had a fabulous day. The whole experience of importing a horse from Spain can seem over whelming and scary for the average horse rider like me! While I have had horses a long time my knowledge of the Spanish Horse was limited to what I could find out on the Internet, or had seen on TV or in films! That's a lot of info' but it is all so open to personal opinion it left me even more confused than ever and not answering the questions I had like; 'What should I look for? How do I know if the horse I like is a 'good example' of a PRE? What 'faults' are acceptable for what I need and what aren't? What about breeding? You hear so much about the different bloodlines but whats the difference and does it matter?! So many questions! Then of course there are the 'horror stories' about imported horses, tales of calm horses turning nutty on arrival at their new home or turning up lame or suffering allergies, not to mention the 'elitism' that some PRE experts seem to be keen to push in that the PRE is 'special' and not for the average owner - it's enough to make you pack up your dream and leave it there! Your course answered all of my questions and more. I came away with a clear idea of what to look for and what was important to ME as a potential owner. More importantly I got to meet some beautiful Spanish Horses, and get a true idea of their character and the sort of horse that I would like for myself. I now feel so much more confident about going to Spain to view my potential purchase and I also have a good background to the breeding of the horse/s I am interested in. I am no longer panicking about acclimatising a horse to the UK either! One of the other things I wanted to thank you for was the huge boost to my riding confidence that coming and riding your horses has given to me. At no point did I feel silly, inadequate or worried. Your horses are lovely, well mannered and a credit to you. I am looking forward to our trip to Spain to view the little filly and now feel prepared and confident that I can go and try her out and know what I am looking for! Will be recommending your course to all my friends and will probably be back to learn more a great course for potential and existing owners of Spanish Horses who want to learn more about this amazing breed. Thanks again! Sam Waddington |
