| Report Once again the popularity of the Spanish horse was clear, with a crowd of around 300 people and a boiling hot day, we started with Peter demonstrating his fabulous teaching techniques by teaching Rachel on Spanish stallion Bierzo. Bierzo behaved beautifully. Then came Celia, who after selecting willing subjects from the crowd, proceeded to put the would be balancers through their paces. Followed by Rachel with stud stallion Mendiondo giving a demonstration of polework exercises designed to maintain and improve a horses movement, balance and suppleness. Then came the mares and foals Partbred mare Valentia Pure Spanish mare Diver with Bienamada RPB with Bailadora During lunch Philip Care Auctioner (of Care and Company) ran the Auction for Hope raising over £800 for the Shelterbox Trust www.shelterbox.org The afternoon saw Peter Maddison-Greenwell perform another informative series of lectures with three of his stunning stallions. Once again we were treated to full costume performances to music which bought tears to the eyes. |
